No overlapping appointments. No three-patients-an-hour productivity quotas. You arrive, you treat one person in their living room or kitchen, and you build real continuity of care across the full plan of care.

Every open role on this board is a Physical Therapist Assistant contract position. We are not posting Physical Therapist roles right now.
You deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care — therapeutic exercise, manual interventions, neuro re-ed, and patient education — and you communicate progress back to the supervising PT. PTAs are core to our model, not an afterthought.
We are not contracting Physical Therapists at the moment. A licensed PT still authors and supervises every plan of care in our model, so PT roles may open again as coverage expands. Florida-licensed PTs are welcome to join the network to hear about future openings first.
