For Patients

Recovery at home, without the drive.

If you were hurt in a Florida car accident, or you’re recovering from an injury, a fall, or surgery, we bring physical therapy to you. 500+ licensed physical therapists covering 50+ Florida counties, seen within 48 hours, billed through Florida PIP or MedPay.

Why in-home PT works.

Recovery is easier when treatment fits your life instead of the other way around.

At home or at work

We come to you — your home, your workplace, wherever is convenient. No driving in pain, no waiting room, no rescheduling because you can't get a ride.

Typically within 48 hours

Patients are typically seen at home or at their workplace within 48 hours of a complete referral.

We handle the billing

We bill Florida PIP first, then MedPay if the auto policy includes it. We also accept letter-of-protection cases. We do not bill regular health insurance or Medicare.

One clinician, start to finish

One licensed physical therapist manages your care from evaluation through discharge — the same person, every visit.

We handle the PIP side

Florida PIP is confusing, and getting it wrong can cost a patient their benefits. Our team knows the rules and stays with the patient through treatment.

When patients call us.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need — if any of these sound like you, we can help you figure out the next step.

  • You were hurt in a Florida car accident and need PT covered by PIP or MedPay
  • You were just discharged home from the hospital or a rehab facility and need continued therapy
  • Pain, dizziness, or fear of driving is keeping you from getting to an outpatient clinic
  • You had a fall, a fracture, or surgery and want a therapist to come to you
  • You're caring for a parent or partner who can't get to a clinic on their own

How it works.

  1. 1. Call or send a referral.

Reach us at (813) 308-9809 or use the referral form. A family member, doctor, discharge planner, or attorney can send a referral for you — you don’t have to do it yourself.

  2. 2. We verify your coverage.

Our intake team confirms your PIP or MedPay coverage the same business day, so there are no surprise bills.

  3. 3. First in-home visit within 48 hours.

A Florida-licensed physical therapist evaluates you at home and starts treatment the same day — no separate eval appointment before care can begin.

  4. 4. Regular in-home visits through discharge.

The same clinician sees you across the full plan of care, adjusts as you improve, and coordinates with your doctor, attorney, or case manager.

What a visit looks like.

A first in-home visit usually runs about an hour. Here’s the rhythm of it:

  1. 1

A licensed physical therapist arrives at your home at the scheduled time.

  2. 2

They evaluate the injury — range of motion, strength, balance, and what activities are hard right now.

  3. 3

They start treatment that visit: hands-on care, targeted exercise, pain relief strategies, and education.

  4. 4

They leave a simple home program you can do between visits, in the same space you'll do it.

  5. 5

They coordinate with your doctor, attorney, or case manager so your record stays complete.

Common questions.

Will insurance cover this?
For Florida auto-accident patients, yes — we bill PIP and MedPay directly, and most patients owe nothing out of pocket during treatment. Our intake team verifies your coverage before your first visit.
How soon can I be seen?
Most patients have their first in-home evaluation within 48 hours of the referral reaching us.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
In most cases, no — Florida law allows direct access to physical therapy. If your situation needs a physician referral, our team will walk you through it.
What if I live alone or don't have a caregiver home?
That's fine. Your therapist works with you where you are — no caregiver required.
