At home or at work
We come to you — your home, your workplace, wherever is convenient. No driving in pain, no waiting room, no rescheduling because you can't get a ride.
For Patients
If you were hurt in a Florida car accident, or you’re recovering from an injury, a fall, or surgery, we bring physical therapy to you. 500+ licensed physical therapists covering 50+ Florida counties, seen within 48 hours, billed through Florida PIP or MedPay.
Recovery is easier when treatment fits your life instead of the other way around.
We come to you — your home, your workplace, wherever is convenient. No driving in pain, no waiting room, no rescheduling because you can't get a ride.
Patients are typically seen at home or at their workplace within 48 hours of a complete referral.
We bill Florida PIP first, then MedPay if the auto policy includes it. We also accept letter-of-protection cases. We do not bill regular health insurance or Medicare.
One licensed physical therapist manages your care from evaluation through discharge — the same person, every visit.
Florida PIP is confusing, and getting it wrong can cost a patient their benefits. Our team knows the rules and stays with the patient through treatment.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need — if any of these sound like you, we can help you figure out the next step.
The injuries and post-op needs we handle most often — with clinical guides written for patients, not billing codes.
1. Call or send a referral.
Reach us at (813) 308-9809 or use the referral form. A family member, doctor, discharge planner, or attorney can send a referral for you — you don’t have to do it yourself.
2. We verify your coverage.
Our intake team confirms your PIP or MedPay coverage the same business day, so there are no surprise bills.
3. First in-home visit within 48 hours.
A Florida-licensed physical therapist evaluates you at home and starts treatment the same day — no separate eval appointment before care can begin.
4. Regular in-home visits through discharge.
The same clinician sees you across the full plan of care, adjusts as you improve, and coordinates with your doctor, attorney, or case manager.
A first in-home visit usually runs about an hour. Here’s the rhythm of it:
A licensed physical therapist arrives at your home at the scheduled time.
They evaluate the injury — range of motion, strength, balance, and what activities are hard right now.
They start treatment that visit: hands-on care, targeted exercise, pain relief strategies, and education.
They leave a simple home program you can do between visits, in the same space you'll do it.
They coordinate with your doctor, attorney, or case manager so your record stays complete.
500+ licensed physical therapists across 50+ Florida counties, from Miami to Jacksonville and Tampa Bay to the Panhandle. If you’re not sure whether we cover your area, call and ask — we’ll tell you honestly.
Most patients are scheduled within one business day.
