PT Near Me was founded on a simple observation: after a crash, the patients who need physical therapy most are often the ones least able to get to a clinic. We built a Florida-wide mobile practice to fix that — with clinical leadership, credentialed therapists, and documentation rigor that holds up to the demands of personal-injury cases.
Why we started
PT Near Me started in 2023. We kept seeing the same thing happen to people hurt in car crashes: they were turned away for care, or handed a physical therapy referral they could never actually get to.
We built the practice to close that gap. Our team is experienced in navigating Florida auto insurance, so that side of the process is handled while the patient focuses on getting better. We treat patients at home or at their workplace, so transportation is never the reason treatment stops.
The goal is simple: get patients out of pain and back to their lives.

Every patient's care is overseen by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We also have a physician on staff.

Thorough documentation supporting medical necessity and case strength, produced on the same schedule a clinic would.
Coordination
We work alongside the patient's treating providers, and flag when imaging or a specialist consult may be warranted.

Our clinical leadership reviews documentation standards every quarter and audits a random sample of charts each cycle.

Every visit is delivered by a Florida-licensed physical therapist, or by a licensed physical therapist assistant working under DPT supervision.

PT Near Me contracts with Florida-licensed physical therapists and licensed physical therapist assistants to deliver care where the patient is. Every visit is provided by a clinician who holds an active Florida license and is in good standing with the Florida Board of Physical Therapy.
