Licensure & oversight
PT Near Me operates as a AHCA-licensed home health agency. Licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Every visit is delivered by a Florida-licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy or licensed Physical Therapist Assistant working under DPT supervision. Our clinical leadership reviews documentation standards quarterly and audits a random sample of charts each cycle.

Samuel leads clinical operations and oversight for the PT Near network. A Florida-licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than a decade of orthopedic and motor-vehicle-trauma rehabilitation experience, he sets the documentation and treatment standards every clinician follows.
Maria Alvarez, DPT
Director of Clinical Education
Maria designs and audits our clinician training program, with a focus on post-MVA evaluation protocols and outcome measurement. Florida-licensed DPT; previously led an outpatient orthopedic team in Miami-Dade.
