Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Jobs in Naples, FL — In-Home
Posted August 26, 2026 · PT Near Me · Contract / PRN / Part-time · Pay $60–70/hr
Naples and Collier County combine an affluent retiree base with steady seasonal population swings. Patients here often prefer care at home over a clinic, and the post-surgical, spine, and balance caseload runs heavy from fall through spring.
From a Naples home base our PTAs typically cover North Naples, Golden Gate, East Naples, Bonita Springs, and into Marco Island and Estero. Gated-community visits cluster tightly, so route density stays high even in season.

Job description
PT Near Me is a Florida in-home physical therapy company. Our own licensed clinicians treat injury and post-accident patients one-on-one in their homes. We're hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes — a strong fit for a motivated PTA who values autonomy, flexible scheduling, and patient-centered care, with competitive per-visit pay, hours you set, and the freedom to add visits whenever you want. We handle scheduling and the administrative back-office so you can focus on treating.
What you'll do
- Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
- Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
- Keep every home visit safe and professional.
- Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
What you need
- Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
- Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
- Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
- Home-based care experience preferred.
What we offer
- Competitive per-visit pay (rates discussed by region during intake).
- Flexible scheduling — set your own hours and caseload.
- Minimal commute — patients in their homes, near you.
- Scheduling and administrative back-office handled for you.
- Supportive team and streamlined documentation tools.
Job type: Contract / PRN / Part-time. Specialty: Home Health / in-home rehab. Location: On the road, in patients' homes.
Florida-licensed PTs and PTAs.
