PIP-first billing
We bill Florida PIP first, then MedPay if the auto policy includes it. We also accept letter-of-protection cases. We do not bill regular health insurance or Medicare. A clean payer trail your carrier, defense adjuster, and mediator can all follow.
First visit typically within 48 hours
Clients are typically seen at home or at their workplace within 48 hours of a complete referral. Attendance issues are flagged to your paralegal team before they become gaps in the record.

Why in-home helps case value.
A significant share of Florida MVA plaintiffs referred to outpatient PT never complete their plan of care. The most common reasons — transportation, work and childcare schedules, and pain-of-driving — are logistical, not clinical. Every missed visit becomes a hole in the record, an argument for the defense that the injury “wasn’t that bad,” and downward pressure on damages.
In-home PT removes the logistics problem entirely. Treatment actually happens, records stay complete, attendance issues get flagged early, and outcomes are documented on a consistent cadence through discharge. The result is a treatment file the defense can’t pick apart on compliance grounds — one that reflects the injury as it actually presents day-to-day, not just at the deposition.
