Physical Therapist (PT) Jobs in Pembroke Pines, FL — In-Home
Posted August 14, 2026 · PT Near Me · Contract / PRN / Part-time · Pay $60–100/hr
Pembroke Pines anchors a dense slice of west Broward — I-75, Pines Boulevard, and the 441 corridor all funnel auto-injury and post-surgical evaluations through the area. High patient density means tight routes and minimal windshield time between visits.
From a Pembroke Pines base our PTs commonly cover Miramar, Hollywood, Davie, Cooper City, and Weston, with optional reach into Plantation and Sunrise. It's an excellent territory for a PT who wants a full caseload without long highway drives.

Job description
PT Near Me is a Florida in-home physical therapy company. Our own licensed clinicians treat injury and post-accident patients one-on-one in their homes. We're hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team — evaluate new patients in their home, author the plan of care, and lead progression and discharge. A strong fit for a PT who values clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and patient-centered care, with competitive per-visit pay, hours you set, and the freedom to add visits whenever you want. We handle scheduling and the administrative back-office so you can focus on treating.
What you'll do
- Perform initial in-home evaluations for post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
- Author and update the plan of care — goals, frequency, interventions, and discharge criteria.
- Deliver skilled treatment one-on-one in the patient's home — therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training.
- Lead progression, modify the plan as patients respond, and coordinate discharge.
- Direct and supervise PTA visits in accordance with Florida practice act requirements.
- Document evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
What you need
- Doctorate or Master's from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible).
- Strong clinical reasoning across orthopedic, neuromuscular, and post-trauma cases.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.
- Comfort owning the plan of care for in-home patients with limited equipment.
- Home-based or outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
What we offer
- Competitive per-visit pay (evaluation and follow-up rates discussed by region during intake).
- Flexible scheduling — set your own hours and caseload.
- Minimal commute — patients in their homes, near you.
- Scheduling and administrative back-office handled for you.
- Supportive team and streamlined documentation tools.
Job type: Contract / PRN / Part-time. Specialty: Home Health / in-home rehab. Location: On the road, in patients' homes.
Florida-licensed PTs and PTAs.
